Wolverhampton Fine Art Students participate in Tony Oursler installation

Wolverhampton Fine Art students take part in a project by American multimedia and installation artist Tony Oursler .

29 October 2014 – 1 November 2014: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Presented in St Peter’s Gardens outside Wolverhampton Art Gallery over four nights, The Influence Machine is a haunting multimedia work by American multimedia and installation artist Tony Oursler.

Videos of talking heads are projected onto smoke, trees and buildings, their fractured monologues combining to make a confessional chorus of the mass media age. It is as if the ghosts of our modern machines have been let out to roam the city at night.
